2023 Steinbrenner High School Senior Prom
Embassy Suites USF – Friday, March 31, 2023 – 7:00-11:00pm – Ticket Cost: $80.00 each
1. Each Senior planning to purchase a prom ticket(s), must complete and submit a “Prom Ticket Information Form” to Student Affairs Office (SAO) at least 24 hours prior to purchasing a ticket to the Prom. Forms will be available after
2. Do not purchase your ticket until you have turned in your form. There will be no refunds.
3. Middle school students and guests who are age 21 and over are not permitted. Clearance of guests may include communication between the student’s parent and an Assistant Principal.
4. To be admitted into the event, a picture ID will be required from each attendee.
5. All participants will follow the code of conduct as described in the Hillsborough County Student Handbook, which includes the Steinbrenner High School section.
6. The dress code will be strictly enforced. Anyone out of compliance will not be admitted.
a. Semi-formal to formal dresses, dress-suits, tuxedo or a suit and tie are appropriate.
b. No jeans will be allowed. No baseball caps or other inappropriate head gear; No canes; No sneakers or tennis shoes; No sunglasses.
7. Backpacks or external food or drinks will not be permitted.
8. Because this is a school function, all attendees, their personal items, and vehicles are subject to search.
9. Any person not responding to a request by faculty/staff members of Steinbrenner High School will be escorted off the premises.
10. Inappropriate behavior will result in the attendee being asked to leave the event.
11. Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputies will be in attendance to enforce any laws appropriate to this event.
12. Any student suspected of being under the influence or in possession of drugs and/or alcohol will NOT be permitted to walk at Graduation.
13. ***TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PURCHASE A PROM TICKET OR ATTEND PROM, A STUDENT MAY NOT:
a. be on the Debt List
b. have more than 5 full-day absences.
c. have incurred an OSS during the second semester.
