2023 Steinbrenner High School Grad Bash

Universal Studies – Friday, April 21-22, 2023 – 4:00 pm – 4:00 am Ticket Cost: $152.00 each

The purpose of this document is to provide a safe and enjoyable

atmosphere for the students attending the Senior Event.

1. Each Senior planning to purchase a Grad Bash Ticket(s) must complete and submit this form to ROOM 316 at least 24 hours before buying a ticket to Grad Bash.

2. The information on the back of this form must be completed entirely, including signatures by both the student and parent/guardian.

3. THERE WILL BE NO reimbursements. If you purchase a ticket online and do not meet the guidelines of this form, you will not be reimbursed.

4. To be admitted onto your bus prior to departure to the event, a picture ID will be required from each attendee.

5. All participants will follow the code of conduct described in the Hillsborough County Student Handbook, including the Steinbrenner High School section.

6. All participants will follow the Grad Bash “What to Wear” and “What not to Wear” on the canvas Senior Class page.

7. The dress code will be strictly enforced. Anyone out of compliance will not be admitted.

8. Backpacks or purses larger than 8.5” x 5.5” or external food or drinks will not be permitted in the park.

9. Because this is a school function, all attendees, their personal items, and vehicles are subject to search.

10. Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputies will provide parking lot security overnight at Steinbrenner H.S.

11. Any person not responding to a request by faculty/staff members of Steinbrenner High School will be escorted off the premises.

12. Inappropriate behavior will result in the attendee being asked to leave their peer group during the event and stay with a chaperone during the entire event and/or appropriate disciplinary action upon returning to school.

13. Any student suspected of illegal activity while on Universal Studios property will be subject to the park rules and potentially law enforcement.

14. Any student suspected of being under the influence or possessing drugs and/or alcohol may NOT be permitted to walk at Graduation.

15. ***TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PURCHASE A GRAD BASH TICKET OR ATTEND GRAD BASH, A STUDENT MAY NOT:

a. be on the Debt List

b. have more than five full-day absences.

c. have incurred an ISS or OSS during the second semester.
