Homecoming 2024
Alonso High School Homecoming 2024!
Time - 6:00pm to 10:00pm
Location - George M. Steinbrenner Field, 1 Steinbrenner Dr., Tampa, FL 33614
Attire - This is a semi-formal event. Your attire SHOULD comply with dress code. If you have a question about your attire please see an administrator during your lunch. No jeans allowed.
Guests who do not attend Alonso - MUST be preapproved. Pick up forms from Ms. Osborn in 422.
- Deadline for guests forms to be turned in is 10/26
You and your guest MUST have a picture ID that displays name and face together to enter Homecoming. (Drivers License/State ID/School ID)
You WILL need your ticket (printed or on your phone) when you come to Homecoming along with your ID.
In order to purchase a Homecoming Ticket, I agree to the following:
Students will not be given refunds for any reason. Students are not allowed to exchange or resell tickets.
Students must have all debts cleared, and not have had OSS during their time at Alonso.
I will adhere to the following guidelines:
- I am aware that I AM NOT ALLOWED to use alcohol or drugs before I enter the dance, and I know that I, and/or my vehicle, may be searched. I am also aware that I may be required to take a breathalyzer test/use alcohol test strips before entering the dance should any faculty member believe me to be intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
- I understand that, should I refuse testing for suspicion of intoxication, I will not be permitted to enter the dance, and I will not receive a refund for my ticket.
- I am aware that I AM NOT ALLOWED to be in possession of any vape or vape related contraband. If found during a search, I will not be allowed into the dance.
- I am aware that I AM NOT ALLOWED to leave and return to the dance for any reason.
- I understand that I AM NOT ALLOWED to enter the dance after 8:00 p.m.
- I understand that I AM NOT ALLOWED into any restricted or unauthorized areas.
- I am aware that I WILL NOT be issued a refund if I am not allowed into the dance or if I am removed for a violation of any part of this contract/any reason deemed appropriate by a faculty member of Braulio Alonso High School or employee of the rented venue.
- I understand that I MUST make arrangements to be picked up no later than 15 minutes (10:15 P.M.) after the dance ends. I also understand that a consequence may be administered to any student remaining after the 10:15 P.M. pick up time.
- Party buses, limousines, and/or personal vehicles MAY be subjected to searches without cause.
The passcode to purchase your ticket is your student number.
Once guest is approved a message from Ms. Osborn will be sent to the Alonso students who is sponsoring the guest via Canvas with code to purchase guest ticket. Tickets have to be purchased separately.
